Our corporate services encompass full legal management of a client’s business activities, ranging from the supervision of its daily legal processes by providing verbal and written counsel to the support of non-standard legal relations.
Our Legal Services Include:
- Counseling clients on various legal and tax matters related to their economic activities;
- Conducting legal audit; drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising contracts and other legal documents;
- Drafting pleadings, appeals, and other procedural documents, representing clients in courts of all instances, arbitration proceedings, mediation, before administrative agencies, and in dealings with third persons;
- Taking legal actions necessary for setting up a company/a branch of a foreign company, drafting and registering changes to the company’s constitutional documents, bringing company registration data into compliance with legal requirements;
- Representing clients in administrative proceedings related to granting a license, permission, special status, etc.;
- Supporting transactions related to real estate;
- Registering trademarks and other forms of intellectual property, preparing license agreements;
- Providing professional training for client management and staff on a range of current and relevant legal topics;
- Advising clients on changes made/anticipated to be made to pertinent laws and regulations;

Services can be provided on-site (by assigning our corporate lawyer to your office), remotely (through the means of electronic exchange of information and documentation), or via hybrid mode. Your legal matters will be handled by a team of experienced lawyers and attorneys as opposed to a single in-house lawyer with limited proficiency and expertise.

Our Service Packages:
Economy Package – This package is designed for clients whose day-to-day work processes do not require multi-faceted, comprehensive, and/or highly complex legal support, and who wish to obtain the exact services they need at a relatively low cost. The package does not include litigation, arbitration, mediation, or representation before administrative bodies/in administrative proceedings.
Standard Corporate Package – This service includes not only legal counsel and monitoring by an assigned professional but also our full participation in analyzing and resolving every legal matter encountered by the client. Further, the package covers the client’s representation before administrative bodies (e.g., the National Bureau of Enforcement, the National Agency of Public Registry, etc.) and in dealings with third parties. Additionally, we will extend discounted rates for services related to litigation, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings arising from an administrative complaint.
Premium Corporate Package – Includes all professional services outlined above, as well as litigation, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings. It is intended for clients who would like to entrust us with handling every legal aspect of their business activities.
In addition, we offer hourly/one-time legal services if you need targeted assistance for specific (generally, simpler) issues, at one or more severable stages of litigation, or in any other case, when you do not require ongoing support. Our rates are: Hourly fee – from GEL 200; Drafting/revising contracts and other legal documents – from GEL 150 per document.
Furthermore, we are more than prepared to devise an individual corporate package tailored specifically to you and your company’s unique needs.
Service fees vary based on the volume of the case and its level of complexity. All fees are agreed upon with the client individually and in advance.
